Software company on the brink of shutdown
MCA loans, taxes and a high rate commercial mortgage threatened to blacklist this software provider. We stepped in to help.
Here, our client’s business provided software to municipalities throughout the country. While lucrative, the business was buried in debt including: multiple MCA loans, a high rate commercial mortgage, taxes and a slow period rendering cash flow extremely tight.
With the help of an outside company, the merchant advance debt was negotiated and short-term financing helped to close the cash flow crunch. SBA Loan Program provided a small business loan to pay-off the debts owed and a revolving line of credit tied to receivables to help during the slow times. We also provided an SBA refinance of the commercial mortgage, reducing the client’s interest significantly.
The client was able to move forward with major reductions to their monthly expenses and the confidence that they could navigate the slow periods without the exorbitant fees and burden of MCA loans.
